Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch your order within the given time frame stated at the top of the page.
Your order may take us quicker than expected so it may leave us sooner!
Does not include weekends and Bank Holidays.
Delivery is worked out off the weight of your parcel so you will never pay more than what you need too!
Standard Delivery for mainland UK is 1 Working Day - sometimes this may take a day or two longer if there are any delays such as bad weather, bank holidays ect...
If you require goods for a specific date, please contact us and we will try to arrange this for you.
Return & Exchange Policy
Damaged Items
We do our best to ensure your products get to you in perfect condition, unfortunately due to the nature of the products, we do occasionally get damaged or broken items (seldom does this happen). If in the instance that you do receive one or two broken items we can organise for a replacement to be sent of the damage items - Just send us photos of the items damaged and we will take it from there​.

Returns
We hope you are in love with your purchase, but on the off chance that you aren't 100% happy, you have the right to return your products to us, provided that you stick to the following criteria:

All products ordered are unused and in their original packaging

You let us know you wish to return your order within 14 days of receiving your products

You return the products in their original packaging, undamaged, to us within 14 days of receiving your products

Due to the nature of our products if you wish to return them they need to be unopened and in their original packaging.

If you wish to cancel your order let us know as soon as possible and we can organise this for you.
